The brief for this project was to create a mark that represented the culture and history of Stamford Town and the English language. I produced pages upon pages of sketches for this one as I knew the fine line between a mark that oozes heritage and a mark that misses the meaning behind it.
Stamford Varsity provide English courses to foreign students coming to the UK. To succeed in UK education at a sixth form college or university requires key English skills and being able to think and express yourself analytically in English.
